Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using NYRO 2035 ("NYRO", "we", "the platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users — individuals and businesses alike.

2. Description of service

NYRO is an AI-powered website launch platform. It helps users search and register domain names, generate website content and structure, place affiliate product links, and deploy hosted sites. It is a tool for building and managing web properties. It is not a financial product, investment vehicle, or income-generation service.

3. No income or earnings guarantee

NYRO 2035 makes no income or earnings guarantees of any kind. The platform is a website launch tool. Whether a site you build generates affiliate commission, advertising revenue, or any other income depends entirely on factors outside our control — including but not limited to your niche selection, content quality, traffic acquisition, affiliate program terms, market conditions, and competition.

Any examples, statistics, or projections shown on our marketing pages are illustrative of platform capabilities — not earnings estimates or predictions. You should not purchase a subscription based on an expectation of financial return. Results will vary. Most affiliate sites require sustained effort over months or years before generating meaningful income, and many do not.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@nyrosites.com if you believe your account has been compromised. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

5. Subscription and billing

NYRO is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle depending on your selected plan. All fees are in USD and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or stated in our refund policy.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice to your registered email address. Continued use of the platform after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of your account. If payment is not resolved within 14 days of the initial failure, we may terminate your subscription and remove your hosted sites.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use NYRO to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
  • Publish false, deceptive, or misleading content — including fabricated reviews, fake testimonials, or inflated earnings claims on sites you build.
  • Violate any affiliate network's terms (Amazon Associates, CJ, Awin, ShareASale, Impact, or any other program) — you are solely responsible for compliance.
  • Distribute spam, malware, phishing content, or illegal material.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's API or infrastructure.
  • Resell or sublicense platform access without written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

7. Affiliate compliance responsibility

You are solely responsible for complying with all affiliate program agreements, FTC disclosure requirements, and applicable advertising regulations in your jurisdiction. NYRO provides an affiliate disclosure template and injects disclosure language into generated sites as a convenience — but this does not constitute legal advice and does not guarantee compliance with your specific affiliate agreements or local law. You must review and maintain disclosures appropriate for your situation.

8. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you input into the platform and the sites you generate using it. You grant NYRO a limited license to host, display, and serve your sites as part of the service. NYRO retains ownership of the platform, its underlying AI systems, templates, and infrastructure. Nothing in these terms transfers any NYROintellectual property to you.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NYRO and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with 14 days' notice (or immediately for serious violations). On termination, your hosted sites will be taken offline. We recommend exporting your site data before closing your account — we are not responsible for data loss after termination.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NYRO is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
